I love morning rituals and routines. Starting you day off right affects so many things. Every morning I make sur to write and set my intentions for the day, I meditate and I make sure to drink a wonderful nutritious smoothie. Here is one of my favorite ones. It’s full of vitamins and helps boost my immune system. I call it Good Morning Sunshine.

1 orange
2 cups of pineapples
1/2 inch of turmeric
1/2 inch of ginger
1 1/2 cup of coconut water

2-3 mint leaves for decoration (optional)

Mix everything smooth in a high speed blender.
Enjoy and stay radiant!

Nice Cream

It’s hot in Stockholm today! Luckily I alway keep some bananas in the freezer so I can make myself some cooling “nice cream”.  This recipe is so easy, and the best part is, it tastes like ice cream but it’s HEALTHY!

RECIPE:
3 frozen Bananas
1 TBSP of Raw Cacao or Carob
1 TBSP of Nut butter (I used Peanut butter)

Mix everything together in a High speed blender. If you have a regular blender or food processor, then let the bananas soften for 15 min before you mix.

You can use some fresh berries as a topping, or maybe some coconut flakes and cacao nibs?
With every bite remember that this is good for you, and your body deserves it.

Healthy Peanut Butter Cups

Do you ever get a craving for something unhealthy? Like a snickers bar or any other store bought chocolate?
Then this is a recipe for you. These super easy Peanut Butter Cups take 3 minutes to make and they taste DIVINE.

2 TBSP raw peanut butter

1 TBSP raw organic coconut oil

1 TBSP raw honey or agave

1 1/2 TBSP  raw cacao powder

1 TBSP raw cacao nibs for extra crunch (you can skip this, or substitute it with coconut flakes.)

Stir everything together with a spoon, or why not get in there and use your hands. Roll the dough into small balls and put them in the refrigerator for a couple of minutes, or if you like them creamy, eat them straight away.

So, the next time you crave something unhealthy, give your body this delicious and HEALTHY protein boost instead.

What every Urban Hippie needs!

I know that I post a lot of smoothie recipes! See I’m truly convinced that if people drank more raw smoothies, the world would be a happier place! This one is probably the tastiest green smoothie you have ever tried and it’s so simple to make. (see recipe below)

1 big organic Persimmon
1 organic Tangerine
100g organic Spinach
1 cup of Water

Mix everything in a blender.
