Live Longer Smoothie

Many try to fight off wrinkles and and other signs of aging with different potions and lotions, it rarely if ever works. The truth is, you will look and feel depending on how you eat. I don’t believe in resisting aging, why should change be bad? I don’t want to look exactly the same when I’m 35 or 45! I want to change, but in a good and healthy way. I believe that we can look better and healthier in 10 years than we do now. How, you ask? Well, the answer is simple by giving our bodies and our mind the proper nourishment.  Are you ready to try it? Start by giving your beautiful temple a healthy nutritious smoothie. I call this one the “Live Longer Smoothie”, it contains blueberries that are full of antioxidants, by many considered a longevity serum.  Blueberries are a true superfood, they contain lots of vitamins and fiber. Here is a list of some of the daily values that 1 cup of these babies contains.

This smoothie is easy to make and will make your cells do the cha cha.

RECIPE:

1 cup of blueberries

1 banana

1 tbsp almond butter

1 1/2 cup of cold filtered water

(add 1 date if you like it sweeter)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix everything together in a high speed blender and enjoy.

If you want even more antioxidants use some raw cacao nibs as a topping.
