Healthy Fast Food

This is my type of fast food. It literally takes 5 min to prepare and it make you feel wonderful and energetic instead of tired and bloated like “regular” fast food leaves you feeling.

All you need is a nori sheet and whatever is in your fridge!

In this one I used the following ingredients:

1 avocado

Some sauerkraut Kimchi (this is a terrific probiotic)

1/4 of a raw cauliflower that I threw in the blender and made into “rice”

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tsp tamari

A pinch of cayenne pepper

Stir the cauliflower rice with the tamari and the oil i a separate bowl. Place the nori sheet on a plate and put all the ingredients in the middle and just fold the corners in. Smear a drop of oil or water on the inside on the corner of the sheet to make it stick. Now it’s time to dig in! I just eat it with my hands, but if you’re civilized and use cutlery, ┬áremember to use a sharp knife to cut through the nori sheet.
